Lights on Links Blvd

We have identified the issue with the lights being out on Links Blvd as a timer setting. A resident reported the lights being out on Links Blvd again tonight and, after some troubleshooting, we were able to find the root cause. The issue is an incorrect setting on the digital timer. The lights have been manually turned on for tonight and Management will work with the vendor next week to make sure everything is configured properly in future. Hopefully this will fully resolve t

Gate Project Update

New Gate Arms & Cameras Back Online; week of 2/2/2026 Starting Feb 2nd, Star Technology will be on-site to complete the final phase of the gate project. This work includes replacing the existing barrier arm operators with brand-new 'Techna' operators and bringing the security cameras at the gates back online. As part of this upgrade, all gates, except the main entrance, will transition from two barrier arms to one. This change will reduce ongoing maintenance and repair costs
